Principal

MIKE LINDERT, PRESIDENT

Mike Lindert is the President of Strategic Elevation LLC, a sales consulting firm based in Chicago, IL, powered by Sales Xceleration. Since founding his consulting practice in 2002, Mike has worked with businesses to improve their sales strategy, process, and execution. Prior to founding Strategic Elevation, Mike had a very successful career building some of America’s most well-known companies, such as Motorola, Enron, Sprint, and Miller Heiman. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading sales, marketing, and business development teams domestically and internationally. He's successfully led turnarounds, captured market share, and consistently boosted sales by 1X to 5X. He earned his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago’s Quinlan Graduate School of Business, is a Motorola University Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a Certified Sales Leader (CSL). Mike has also successfully completed the University of Chicago’s Executive Program in Strategic Sales Management. Mike is an active Fractional VP of Sales/CSO with Sales Xceleration, and a member of the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) of Chicago.

Extensive experience developing and executing strategic plans that drive B2B and B2C customer acquisition through multiple sales channels. Experience leading successful turnarounds and post-acquisition integration initiatives for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 organizations.
